These terms are the agreement between you and Dating AI. They cover who may use the service, what is allowed, how memberships work and what happens if something goes wrong.

We have kept the language direct on purpose. Nothing important is hidden in a footnote.

1. 1. Acceptance of these termsBy using datings-ai.com you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using Dating AI.
2. 2. Adults onlyDating AI is an adult entertainment service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or older where your local law requires it.
3. 3. Nature of the serviceDating AI provides fictional virtual companions for entertainment. Companions are characters, not real people, and nothing they say is a statement of fact, advice or a promise.
4. 4. No professional adviceConversations are never a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. In an emergency contact local services.
5. 5. Account registrationYou must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and remain responsible for everything that happens under your account.
6. 6. One account per personEach member may hold one account. Creating additional accounts to bypass limits or a suspension is a breach of these terms.
7. 7. Licence to useWe grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access Dating AI for your own private entertainment.
8. 8. Acceptable useYou agree not to harass other members, upload malware, scrape the service, resell access, or use Dating AI for unlawful purposes.
9. 9. Prohibited contentYou may not request or attempt to generate content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable individuals, extreme violence, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
10. 10. Automated accessBots, crawlers, scripted clients and any form of automated interaction with the chat experience are not permitted without our written consent.
11. 11. Your contentYou keep ownership of the text and preferences you submit and grant Dating AI a licence to store and process them solely to operate the service.
12. 12. Generated contentCompanion messages and images produced during your session may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
13. 13. Intellectual propertyThe Dating AI name, design, artwork, character profiles, code and copy are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.
14. 14. Free tier and limitsFree accounts include a daily allowance of messages and features. Allowances may change as the service evolves.
15. 15. Paid membershipsPremium and Creator memberships are billed in advance at the price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.
16. 16. Automatic renewalMemberships renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The renewal date and amount appear in your billing settings.
17. 17. CancellationYou may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is taken.
18. 18. RefundsWhere statutory withdrawal rights apply we honour them. Outside those cases, fees for a started period are non-refundable unless the service was materially unavailable.
19. 19. Price changesWe may change prices for future periods. Existing members are notified before a new price takes effect and may cancel beforehand.
20. 20. Virtual itemsCredits, gifts and unlockables have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and expire when an account is closed.
21. 21. Service availabilityWe aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control may cause interruptions.
22. 22. Changes to the serviceFeatures, companions and interfaces may be added, altered or withdrawn. We avoid removing anything essential to a paid plan during its period.
23. 23. Third-party servicesPayment, analytics and delivery providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for how they operate their own platforms.
24. 24. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other members or exposes the service to legal risk.
25. 25. Termination by youYou may close your account at any time from your settings. Closure ends your licence and deletes your companions and history.
26. 26. Disclaimer of warrantiesDating AI is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
27. 27. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
28. 28. IndemnityYou agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you used Dating AI in breach of these terms or of the law.
29. 29. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, and disputes go to its competent courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
30. 30. Changes and contactWe may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions go to legal@datings-ai.com.
